- The space is a multi use area with Victorian cast iron fire places, pocket doors, bath with
shower, kitchen, 12' ceilings, extra room with access to a landscaped area with water and
art features. It will be available to lease by the hour, day, week. If you desire more time talk
to me. Kentucky derby, St James Art Fair and other dates have special requirements if
available ( I might need it for a project). Heat, air and local phone. Off street parking. Rates
are very affordable
